Onsite Services

  • First hour............................... £40
  • Each additional hour............ £10
  • NO FIX - NO FEE!

Most problems can be fixed on site within the hour. In the event that your system takes longer than 3 hours to repair or needs to be taken away for repair, labour charges are capped at £80, making us one of the cheapest PC repair companies in the area.

In the event that your computer is beyond economical repair and/or cannot be fixed, no fees are payable. However, should you require a report for an insurance company, a call out fee may be chargeable.


Windows 11 Upgrade Options

Windows 10 support will be discontinued by Microsoft on Oct 14 2025. If you are looking to move to Windows 11, you may find that your existing system does not meet the hardware requirements. It may be possible to upgrade your existing machine or it may be more cost effective to buy a new one. Contact us for advise if you need more information


Offsite Services

  • Full Reinstallation of Windows (includes latest Windows updates, Adobe Reader, Open Office, and anti-virus software)....... £80
  • Data backup prior to reinstallation included in the price.
  • Installation of programs and devices upon return included in the price.

Note that after Windows has been reinstalled, your programs (such as Microsoft Office, CD writing programs etc.) and devices (such as printers, scanners and cameras) will need to be reinstalled. We can do all this for you at no extra charge. However, we may require you to provide us with the appropriate discs.


Offsite Services - Laptop Repairs

  • DC socket repair................. £60.
  • Keyboard replacement....... £50.
  • Screen replacement........... £80.

Price can vary depending on make and model of the laptop but includes collection and return of the laptop to and from your home or place of work.


Data Recovery

  • Data recovery ............. £60
  • (no charges if drive is totally unreadable)
